All persons who have accepted the organizer’s invitation to visit the exhibition and have registered online agree to the Rules and undertake to comply with them.
- Registration is mandatory for all visitors to the exhibition.
- A free electronic ticket with an individual QR code can be obtained by completing the on-line registration procedure on the official website of the exhibition. The e-ticket will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive the ticket in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You will also receive a confirmation SMS message to the phone number you provided. The ticket received by e-mail should be printed out for quick scanning at the entrance to the exhibition pavilion and for easy communication with other visitors and exhibitors.
- Transfer or sale of visitor tickets to third parties is prohibited. The Organizer of the exhibition has the right to check the correspondence of the name indicated on the ticket with the name of the user, for which the Organizer may ask the visitor to present an identity document.
- Visitors are prohibited from trading, distributing any advertising and information products, holding presentations, demonstrations, agitation and any other similar events on the territory of the pavilion during the exhibition without the written consent of the Organizer.
- Visitors should be careful with expositions, exhibition equipment and other property of the organizers, exhibitors and the exhibition center.
- On the territory of the pavilion during the exhibition, visitors are prohibited from: being in states that do not correspond to the business nature of the exhibition business and generally accepted codes of conduct, and performing actions that violate public order.
- The organizer of the exhibition reserves the right not to allow visitors who are in a state of alcoholic or toxic intoxication, who violate the established rules of conduct, who show aggression, who offend employees / participants / guests and other visitors to the exhibition territory.
- In case of violation of these Rules, the organizer reserves the right to refuse certain persons to visit the exhibition without any compensation.
- The organizer reserves the right to require visitors to comply with the anti-epidemiological rules and regulations that will be in force at the time of the exhibition, as well as to exclude persons who refuse to comply with them.
